The week spent at the hotel was truly amazing. The food was delicious. The hotel is close to the center and other tourist attractions, so there is a lot to see. You really can't get bored at the hotel. There are lots of activities every day and there is always something going on. We would like to thank the entire entertainment team, especially Zuza and Tiago. They made this trip truly unforgettable. They were always friendly and full of energy. We will remember you for a long time. Thank you again for a great time and see you next time ;)

Nice hotel. Very good animations, expecialy Mrs Zuza i Oliwia. Very good food, drinks a litte worse, typical greece standard. Every day something new for lunch and dinner. Breakfast typical. Not so good ham but fresh pancaces and eggs, very nice place with a lot of green.

The hotel animators are amazing. I really want to thank Chante. Chante is a very nice, good and lovely person. Everyone had a great time with her. I sang karaoke with her. Thank you for such a wonderful adventure🥹Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing Stay! Lovely hotel, great location, beach access and pools to choose from. A quieter pool and a pool where you can find great entertainment and the famous Mikey, Mikey who brings all the good vibes and a smile to your face everyday! Lovely entrainment team, just genuine lovely people! So welcoming and inclusive and understanding of those if it isn't your thing! Great chatting to Mohau and Lydia too! Virginia is lovely and so welcoming at the bar, another happy face to greet you on a daily basis. Staff in the hotel, especially the reception ladies have been so helpful and accommodating. Overall great stay but watch out for the sunbeds they can be like catapults!

While the outdoor resort area is beautiful, that is the only thing good I can say about this place. The rooms were fairly clean, but very worn and outdated. The food was terrible. If it weren't for the bread and cheese and olives, we would have starved. The so-called Italian Restaurant (when if finally opened) wasn't any better. The only difference seemed to be the availability of pizza. I've had better frozen pizzas than what we were served. The ladies cleaning the bathrooms in the main building were always very meticulous, smiling and friendly. The ladies cleaning the room were nice also. I wish I could say this for the rest of the staff. Most of them were very unfriendly, completely unhelpful, and borderline rude. I can't believe this is called a 4-star resort. That is a joke. I don't know who is writing the positive reviews, but they have obviously never stayed at this resort. If I could give an accurate rating on this resort it would be a negative 10!!

Dirty, old hotel. not recommend. wifi is not working at rooms. food is not good. better choose something else. Only animations are ok. Rest is totally destroid. Don't waste your money staing here. the place could be nice if there will be big renovation. but not now. Sorry...

The hotel was beautiful,the room was clean and tidy,every day got new towels. The food was ok,all day we had snacks,gyros and hot dogs,ice creams and drinks. The animation team was very friendly, Mikey Mikey and Semi was really good,we all had a great holiday with them. From morning to the evening had programs for adults and children. Fantastic holiday thank you for all the hotel staff and the animation team ❤️

4star hotel? Definitely not Clean? Definitely not Food? Not great Entertainment? Sami was the best and went out of he’s way for me and not just me everyone I spoke to loved him and sammi if you get to read this I am forever grateful, Mikey was good too true professional. Other entertainment staff was good with the kids. Other staff members/bar staff, food etc All rude and make you feel like your asking for a favour when you just simply want a drink no manners no smiles look at you in disgust you say please, thank you etc and they mock the fact your polite. Overall the place isn’t what you see in photos no gym some slides in photos not in this resort place is dirty bees swarming drinks machines as not cleaned all round I’m not a fussy type just trying to give you guys a heads up if your thinking of booking i would avoid this one.

The entertainment team and the rest of the staff were great. Not much variation in the food. The rooms could do with modernisation. The wifi coverage was not great so we didn’t have wifi in the rooms but could wifi in other areas of the hotel. Overall a relaxing break
